As you may have heard, there has been some tree removal and lopping off of trees on private property in Highland Park.

COMPLETE SPRINKLING BAN LIFTED – RETURN TO ODD/EVEN

Due to somewhat improved weather conditions, the City has removed the complete outdoor sprinkling ban and re-instituted the “even/odd” lawn sprinkling ban as defined below:
